There are many good 5Y3GT's out there and not too pricey yet (though I'm starting to see an upward surge lately for good NOS).
I like to run Bendix 6106 and GE 6087's in my gear - but mostly because I had them - not out of sonic necessity. They are a bit easier on the other tubes with a slower warm-up time.
Might want to try a real 5V4GA too. Nice also!
