The 50C5 and 35W4 indicate that the filament string is intended to be powered directly from the AC line. B+ may be transformer-derived in order to isolate chassis ground from the AC line, with the isolation from filament to cathode within the tubes intended to provide a safety factor. I wonder why the filament lineup would be 12-35-50, rather than a combination more closely approximating a 115-120VAC source? Perhaps the 12AU6 isn't the original tube type, or the amplifier was intended for an market with 100VAC. In any event, care is needed when you work on this one hot. The filament pins of the tubes are at AC line potential, referenced to ground.TK
