I have both Tungsol roundplates (looks like the one on the right) and French Neotron roundplates that look like copies of the Tungsol. Both are great sounding tubes. I favor both over the 5692s that came with my amplifier from the manufacturer. The sound is much more articulate, detailed and tight, without sounding overly edgy. I've tried other older 6sn7s, and so far these are my favorites.A friend also uses the Neotrons and favors them over a wide range of 6sn7s he has in his pretty large collection in several different pushpull amps (45 and 300b) and SET amps that he owns.
