I got a pair in a trade with a friend who wanted to try some vintage 12AX7s in his new CD player. He got a pair of Amperex tubes from me, I got the Shuguangs and his old DAC. Some time later I modded the phono section of my SCA-35 and decided to try them. Very pleasantly surprised! They edged out a very good pair of 1970s vintage Mullards, so I left them in. Nice tube.Best regards,
