If your 4.8 volts if measured over a 50ohm resistor it would mean that you are drawing 4.8v/50ohm = 0.096A current. You need to find out what the bias measure is measuring over. This will be a resistor to ground off of the bias pot.The Max Plate watts for an 845 is 100 Watts
The Max Plate current for an 845 is 120mA.If you were running 750 volts at 96mA current you would have 72 watts which would be fine.
You need to know to set the bias on the TJs at a level that the amp can handle.
You also need to know the current draw of the heater for the standard tube and your TJs.
