I have been using them as needed in a couple Fisher and Scott amps I have. I have found it is hard to keep values in consistent tolerance with these old guys. A lot of picking and measuring.
I don't do enough to keep quanities of fancy new ones so a few drawers/coffee cans of old stock I pick up along the way gets me there.
