Insert them in some demanding quality tube equipment for evaluation. Then resell them with an honest qualifier at the real value. If they are good and a bargain, they will disapear in no time.
Always keep it honest and simply to the point.
Remeber, you will reap your losses back somewhere along the way for being honest and true to your customers.
