It depends on the plate/screen voltage and if you run push-pull or SE. For instance, a quick look at the data sheet shows that at 250 volts you will run 140 ma. bias current in class A if you run a single tube.Follow the link below for a nice spec sheet on the 6550 (the KT88 & KT90 are identical for all intents and purposes).
