Sams Photofact folders available at public libraries or on the www are a possible source, see if your brand/model is included. Otherwise draw your own schematic from direct observation (tube circuts are not so complicated). Tube pin-outs may be found at the link below. After you have (drawn) a schematic, it should be easier to decide it those pots are hum nulls (on the filaments) or bias adjustments (on control grids). As previously mentioned by someone else, most folks here in Tubes forum are still trying to decide if a 12au7 can be plugged into a circut designed for a 12ax7, so perhaps direct *may a zenier be used as a replacemnt for a Suzuki regulator* queries to the Tube/DIY forum where inmates over there design & build amps from scratch.
