HI Dimitry,
At 4 hours a day, you are looking at an average of 1400 hours a year. Cut that in half (unless you listen EVERY day)and you are loking at about 700 hours. The average life span of these tubes is around 2000-3000 hours. If you have a full year on your tubes in a pair of Hurricanes without any blowouts, you are doing great.It doesn't hurt to have an additional set around but at this time, I would not suspect you need to change them. As far as the bias drift, this could be the nature of the amplifiers. Over time, the resistors used in these amps tend to start drifting so you don't know if it's the tubes or the amp.
The 6SN7s are not driven too hard in the Canes and should outlast the power tubes 3 times over. I would not worry about these at all.
Have another set of power tubes around but don't bother with swapping them until you truly need to. Your tubes are well broken in now so I would just enjoy what they are offering.
