If no other members know the exact procedure, email the distributor for the bias procedure. They should tell you. I have a Defy 7 (original version) and I know that when I got bias directions they took my serial number into account because they changed the method on subsequent versions.

Two authorized warranty and repair people for Jadis, as given in a 2005 hometheaterhifi.com article are are:

Avis Brand 516-671-8310

They might be able to help you with this and/or any future repairs or upgrades.
