Searching on this page, I found somebody that had before exactly the same question/problem Iâ€™m facing today.
I recently bough my first tube amplifier, a second hand Jadis Orchestra (the basic model) bought back in 1999 and the tubes are originals â€“ EL34 from Sovtek and 12AX7A from an unknown supplier (no brand name on it).
I want to replace the tubes and need the information about the bias procedure. This question has already been answered before (Derek April.28.2003).
Send the amp to the supplier every 6-12 months is out of the question, and I want to do the job myself.
