I'm listening to my rebuilt Citation II right now - gorgeous sound. I used Jim's kits and supplies, which ran to a little over $300 including new output tubes, the kits themselves, new wire, sockets, power cord, etc.
It took me a few months to do (first project with a soldering iron since high school...), but it was well worth it.
Jim was super helpful throughout, and I would definitely reccomend his mods and service!
