I would assume leaving the amp does wear the tubes. This is a concern for me as I also use my D76a as my front left and right channel for surround sound. Sometimes I forget to turn the amp off. I get up the next day find her burning away DOH!. My amp has 4 6550, 6 6cg7 and 4 12ax7. I have spent alot on backup tubes so I should be ok for awhile. It also worries me just a little bit about a possible fire hazard. Should I be worried about this? Some of you experts can chime in.
