The amps are plugged directly to a 20 amp dedicated outlet. The wiring is new as I got the dedicated outlets installed a few years back.I do get lots of power drops here where I live, due to storms, lightning in the summer months. Although I can't directly attribute the power with the fuses blowing. The couple of times I was around to hear the fuse blow, the power was fine.
The wrong fuse did cross my mind. I am using Littelfuse KLKR-2, a fast acting 2 amp 600 volt fuse. I purchased the amps used, no manual and this is what was in the amps.
