Imo lower risk, but probably because the members on Agon seem to police the ads somewhat. Members can and do post here on AA and Agon if another member misrepresents an item falsely. Maybe the members user name is not given on the forum but an easy email will get it out...

Though we may bicker and disagree with one another here on AA and Agon I feel we still will protect one another agaist scammers or someone who sells a defective product. Imo that does not exist with ebay....
