Last night I was able to spend some time listening to these speakers now that I have refoamed the surrounds and cleaned up the potentiometers. They are as you have described, quite satisfying. I notice a wonderful depth and of course luscious mid-range and bass. I am listening to them near field, set up up on 3-ft stands while I sit on a padded barstool in the workshop. Lots of fun!
