If you are ok with a kit, I have the little Copperheads on my desk, and they do a pretty good job with the Dayton HTA50BT integrated I have. The link is for the Copperheads with a 6.5 inch sub with plate amp for $300.00.
I realized after I posted I missed the "powered" part of your request, my bad.
