you let other's blow a crapload of cash on every new fangled audio product. you let the jury decide on which gems rise to the top. then, you buy said gems for pennies on the dollar down the road.that's why i have KEF 104/2, KEF Calinda and janszen Z-200. didn't pay much for them relative to their cost new (chump change actually), and they each sound lovely in their own right.
BTW, anyone that thinks the KEF 104/2 sound boomy, GET THEM OFF THE FLOOR! i put mine on 9" metal AVF stands and the boom went away AND you get the tweeters to ear level. just bitchin' speakers.
