First, download all of the individual FLAC files that make up the recording. (Unlike the other file types available on the page, FLAC is a lossless compression scheme.) Click each file one-by-one and save them to a single folder. You CAN download all of them automatically using a program like SmartFTP, but if you're "computer illiterate," I won't get into it.Next, download FLAC from: http://flac.sourceforge.net/download.html
Install FLAC, then use it to decompress the previously downloaded FLAC files. It's a relatively intuitive process, just drag and drop the FLAC files into the "FLAC Frontend" window and click DECODE.Finally, use your CD burning program. Again, just drag and drop the resulting WAV files into the appropriate window. Each file has a appended designation such as "d2t03," which means disc 2, track 3, so you'll know what order they should be in. Also, make sure you select "disc at once" (DAO) burning mode or else you'll end up with gaps between tracks. If you don't know how to do that, search the program's help menu and you'll find it.
Hope this helps. Good luck.
