I agree with the others that it is hard to find a bad Richard Thompson recording. I been a fan since his Fairport Convention days, buy my present favorites are "Rumor and Sigh" and "Shoot Out the Lights." I like to put in a word for a CD called "Bones of All Men" by Philip Pickett with Richard Thompson and the Fairport Rhythm Section. It is a self-descibed "compendium of Dances, Pavannes, Steps, and such." All instrumental, all good.
