Well she makes a choice I think to sing in this whispering quality.
I think other songs can show off her vocals a little better. She does stay in pitch - I don't think she has much power but then this is an amplified music world and so most singers don't seem to need it. Adele is sort of an example who is sort of the Kenny G of female singers - play his 5 notes perfectly and stay within what you can handle. And it can sell millions.
I think this will show Billie's vocals at her best with her song co-writing brother.
I also think she is more of a visual artist with vocal support - The Bond franchise clearly chose her to get more butts in the 007 seats riding her popularity and bring some youths to the movie.
