Much as I like the Tatrais, I wouldn't call them the last word in the Haydns by any means. You should check out the Quatuor Mosaiques, especially -- they're the ones I turn to most often for the Haydn quartets (and for the Mozarts, too). Vivid, nuanced, and always persuasive.
