The real question is does any noise from the streamer make its way through your DAC to your ears?
My experience from a decade's worth of use is that it most certainly does. If I truly found that my RPi4 was the sonic equivalent of the ultraRendu (with updated 2.9 OS), I would sell it as I did the microRendu.
Perhaps your audio purchases are driven by what others say or your beliefs.
