For what is available on the market these days, I can only recommend players using a PHILIPS VAM-1202/19 mechanism. Although made of plastic, it is accurate with quite good tracking. So I suggest something like Jolida Music Van which also has good built quality and Esound CD-E5 both of which are within your budget.Good luck!
