HowdyThe problem isn't that the input bits don't match the output bits, it's that the process of decompressing at the same time as you are playing (presumably) causes audible distortions, whether purely power supply related, jitter or whatever...
In other words if you decompressed the losslessly compressed files and then you played them then you wouldn't have the audible problems being talked about.
