Just like theoretically, audio files that are identical from a data standpoint (but ripped using different utilities) should sound the same too. But in reality, they don't.That does not make even a little bit of sense. A file that has the exact same data as another is just a duplicate, it is just the same file with a different extension. This is not like analog to digital or analog to analog, it is data to data, and data is what it is. Any difference is perceived and not objective. If you say it sounds different, fine, but this is not a falsifiable result.
