For DACs, I'd choose the Lavry DA10 DAC. It almost sounds as if it has tubes.For CD players, either the Don Allen-modified Philips CD changer or the Cheer Audio CD player. I actually prefer these two units over the Lavry (more resolution). And both use tubes.
