Dave, just wondering whether you use the SCD-1 as a CD player, or merely as a transport. If the former, how can you be sure what contribution the transport alone is making to the sound? Is it a question of one of your mods just affecting the transport mechanism? Do you think I'd benefit from such a mod?Thanks in advance.
