Some time has passed and I've continued to try this and that. The interconnects, coax cables, and Ethernet cables that I use are all Odin 2 Silver at this point except for the Odin Gold which is on the Conrad Johnson integrated. I've found the Chinese Valhalla 2 speaker cables (haven't tried the ones I think are more like the Heimdall 2 with fewer strands per channel) are also in the current configuration I'm using. I have to say it sounds darn good and I have no real desire, at least at this point, to change things.
After experimentation this seems to work the best for me.
I have to thank you and the others on these threads for considering but more importantly trying cables I would have normally dismissed out of hand.
