HowdyI wouldn't worry about conduit on the outside... I had it done three times (three different outside conduits) on my old house and no-one batted an eye when I sold my house. (FWIW They were pained to match the house not just shiny metal.)
Also my neighbor at my new house noticed the yellow satellite cables but never said a word about the shiny metal conduits for the dedicated circuits.
