As you have found, a lower-cost high performance rca connector that will fit a 9.4mm OD cable is not an easy task to find. Here's what I'll suggest rather than a 9.5mm Cardas SRCA or any WBT clone:

Furutech's FP-110 and FP-160 both feature a 9.3mm entry, and should fit a 9.4mm OD cable with a little finesse (a short wrap of Teflon plumbers tape around the end of the cable jacket should do the trick). While both are a bit more expensive than your desired price point, I think either connector would be worth the extra expense. The FP-110 features a PCOCC center pin while the FP-160 features a eutectic cast brass center pin. I think the additional cost involved for the FP-110's PCOCC center pin feature is well worth it. The similar design but non-locking version FP-126 (7.3mm entry) also features a PCOCC center pin and is my favorite big bang for the buck rca connector, and worthy of the finest cable, IMHO.
