RE: DRA-700 ?

Hey, no problem and I really appreciate you looking. It's confusing - I went through the same process trying to find a service manual for free online. Denon re-used the model number around 2012, adding an AE at the end, for an A/V receiver, which is what pops up on most web searches.

The DRA-700 I have is not very well documented online as far as I can tell. What's even more confusing, apparently the DRA-600 from the same series as mine does use a capacitor-style battery. As does the DRA-750, the next incarnation of the model I have. So, apparently the button cell was a one-off for this particular receiver. I've ordered a button cell battery holder that I'll solder in place here, so replacing the battery won't be such a hassle in the future.
