Can I get to 33?!

So I have a Rek o kut idler wheel B12 GH turntable with a pabst hysteresis motor. I have put in a new idler wheel. The kind with the soft rubber rim which is available online. Anyway, I've never been able to get this table up to 33.3 RPM. the best I could do on my old noisy wheel wias 33.0. the new wheel is much quieter, but I can only get up to 32.8. As a true OCD victim, of course, I agonize over this and want to get closer to 33.3. No, I really can't hear the difference. Any thoughts on easy fixes that people have found?
