RE: Hum appears out of nowhere on vintage integrated amp (all functions): is it toast/repairable ($...)?

Those caps will be a couple of dollars each, get a soldering iron and solder sucker, another $20 and do it yourself. People here will help you and you can watch clips on unsoldering and soldering.
