Doesn't that receiver have wire wrapped posts on the PCBs? If so they are only friction bonded and can corrode over time. To remedy try cleaning the posts as best you can. Remove and neutralize the cleaner then use a good resin solder bushing resin on before heating, then flow solder. I did this on my Pioneer 9500II tuner getting it back to the performer it's known as and still in service today
