Speaking of glues...wizzer cone reattachment

I picked up a pair of 10" Utah Celesta drivers over the weekend. Both will need repairs to the wizzer cones that are becoming detached from the paper woofer cone.
Has anyone got a suggestion for the type of glue that would be best to hold these?
It seems it would need to be pretty fast to stabilize (dry) because it will be difficult to hold the wizzer to it's correct position as the glue dries. I can stand and hold it for a while, but not hours at a time.
