I have a SA-260 that is going to need "the works". Prices are starting to skyrocket on these, and I was able to get a chassis and iron, plus some parts for about half of the price of a complete unit.

No big deal since, I would totally rebuild any amp of this age.

Thanks for reporting your experince with parts and tubes. I have a ton of vintage 12ax7 and 12au7 that I can roll. The wild card are the EL34s. From what I've read the EHs are bright and the SEDs are darker.
