OK..I know this has been discussed to death and the consensus is across the board on opinions.
I ran across a pair of 901-IV`s for 40 bucks, no stands no EQ.
And of course all the speakers need surrounds.
They are very clean though. I have never owned or heard a pair so i had to try them.
I`ll do the surrounds myself and buy the stands and EQ.
I do have a SAE parametric EQ i might try with them first.
But for the sake of resale i`ll probably need the bose unit.
If i dont like em maybe i can try to sell them for a pair of dalquist DQ-10`s.
Ive allways liked the DQ 10 and should have never sold the pair i had.
Anyways..What does a bose EQ do that a good EQ cannot do?
