the metal ground of the RCA is gone. presumably with the cable.
I have harvested that part from parts units i have around. It has two or three tabs(look at the area where they are missing and count the tint slots)
There may be variances (two tab, three tab) but the idea is the same. You will have to open it up and solder the tabs to ground.
Just be gentle prying the tabs from the doner unit. They can break.
