Thank you for your suggestions.
What is odd is that the red leads all naturally fall to the left and the blue leads to the right.
There is a right and wrong about these connections and I will not turn anything on til it's right.The Polaris was cannibalized for the caps, which apparently were were used in a Mac amp of greater value. I got this one cheap, knowing it was a project.
I have asked for schematics on a few forums, but can only find driver board schematics, not PS.
