The 6bm8/ecl82 is a dual tube just as the 12ax7 (IOW each bottle has two separate *tubes* within). So two 6bm8 per channel provide driver, splitter, & push-pull outputs. The 12ax7 then would be for preamp stages. Check your local public library or on-line for Sams Photofacts to possibly discover a schematic. Alternatively, if you are capable of assembling a jig-saw puzzle or could solve those maze puzzles on the backs of cerial boxes as a kid, drawing your own from observation should not be difficult. Use your meter to trace switch positions if visual deduction is frustrating. Discover tube pin-outs (& other schematics for a lay-out guide) for your drawing from the link below. Additionally, just knowing the pin-out can aid diagnostics such as signal-tracing via control grid & voltage measurements per anode & cathode (begin @ the output & work your way to input).
