There are numerous hifi tuners that have a deemphasis switch built in. Here is a pic of the switch on my Pioneer F90.
Now how that is implemented electronically? That is over my head. Maybe a simple resistor, maybe more complicated.
And by the way, when I received the F90 it was set for incorrectly for the U.S. broadcast standards...
