I would echo Bill's comments-
If you want the best- the 10B is what you want-
there are only a couple of tuners that compete w/ the 10B-
McIntosh MR-71
H.H. Scot 4130

Some would include the McIntosh MR-74, and a few others- but ...

If you really want the Superscope Marantz look, try the model 20 - but find a good tech to make sure it is aligned - I have no heard it - but from your OP, it is the Look you are after...
