Rotel RT-1084 Problem

Which tuner to get and getting the most from it. Thank God, for the radio!

I just installed the RT-1084 in a new rack. All the connections are done per the manual. The rds info on the HD radio station is correctly displayed. Output is through the switched out analog jacks. The unit is not putting out any output. What have I done wrong?
