I'm not sure where to post this question, but I know a lot of you guys here have experience of transformer volume controls.
For a long time now I have been wanting make a TVC, I have been looking at the transformers available from the likes of Sowter & S&B but I have been put off so far by the prices. I see that Silk Transformers in Thailand are now offering reasonably priced TVC transformers, model STA-522.
Has anybody here tried them yet, if so with what results?
