All that stuff is in every schem. It shows as 1µF in the ones published on the site. Doing the arithmetic, I found that the one mic cap has an Xc of about 2.6K at 60Hz, while the heaters themselves are about 2Ω. Next time I get caps from Michael, I'll try 10µF, and just keep doing that until either the heater voltage drops or the cap starts to heat up.See? I am such a ni-ice guy!
