I have my new 845 amp up and running and everything is fine except for one very disturbing problem. There is what I can only describe as a switching noise from time to time. It is the kind of noise you get with some rotary switches that break and then make contact. it happens every few minutes and I can't for the life of me figure out what might be causing it. It's fairly regular in occurance, about once a minute or so. The amp is 6n7/el34/845 with tube regulation and the power supply on a separate chasis. Anyone got any ideas?
Thanks
Vince
