I built a second Darling with, I think, a more agreeable layout than my first. The whole thing goes together on an 8" square of aluminum. This time I created a "drilling guide" so that others (probably beginners) can easily assemble their own Darling's. The linked PDF has the Darling schematic, a drilling guide and the attached photo.
I've been building speakers lately so I don't know when the next amp project will come about....
