It's funny - just about every post I read on 12B4s refers to microphonics and inconsistency between samples. I have regular GE, JAN GE, RCA, Westinghouse and Mullard (rebadged RCA I think)in my stash and have yet to experience any microphonics related issues.Moreover, I recently tested a batch of JAN GE and found them all to read within 5% !
Maybe I am just very lucky?
